Welcome to Oliver, the AI-powered leadership mentor provided by Blueberry Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including the Oliver application (integrated with Slack) and our website at https://olivermentor.ai (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
1.1 Eligibility
To use Oliver, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You also agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable local laws.
1.2 Account Access
When you install the Oliver Slack app, you authorize us to access and use certain Slack-provided information as permitted by your workspace and Slack’s permissions model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Description of Services
Oliver provides leadership mentoring and guidance through AI-powered conversations. It combines proprietary content, anonymized user input, and third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate coaching-style suggestions. Oliver is not a human advisor or certified professional.
You understand that the information generated by Oliver may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular situation. Use your own judgment before relying on any advice or suggestions.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Input personally identifiable or sensitive data (e.g. health, financial, or protected personal info)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the app’s content, models, or interface
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Oliver, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and intellectual property associated with the Services (including the proprietary leadership knowledge base, design, and software) are owned by Blueberry Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our express written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
Oliver may use third-party services and APIs (e.g., Slack, OpenAI, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the actions, content, or terms of these third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality experience, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueberry Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueberry Labs, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Slack app. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
